St. Mary Fall Fest will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 14200 E. Old US-12, in Chelsea. Faith in Action will have a career advisor available every Tuesday from 12:30 to 4 p.m. at 603 S. Main St. in Chelsea, to help with resume writing, job searching, career research and talent evaluation. This service is open to anyone who could use help with employment issues. A Michigan Works! Hudson Mills Metropark
The park is located at 8801 N. Territorial Road in Dexter. The Metropark requires an entry fee of $4 per vehicle per day. You may also buy an annual sticker for $20 or a senior annual for $12. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. For more information, call 1-800-477-3191.

Waterloo Recreation Area

MICHIGAN ANIMALS UP CLOSE: 2 p.m. Sunday. The Howell Nature Center will show us live mammals and birds of prey for this family program. Learn about the characteristics and survival skills of these animals in the wild.
CRANES OF WATERLOO FESTIVAL, Oct. 25, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. To celebrate the spectacular migration of the Greater Sandhill Cranes through the Waterloo area, the Discovery Center will host its fifth annual crane festival. Many activities are planned for the day.
