CCH ranks high nationally
Chelsea Community Hospital ranked in the top 3 percent nationally for patient satisfaction in outpatient surgery, according to independent healthcare research organization Press Ganey.
In surveys covering hospital visits from April through June 2008, Outpatient services ranked in the top 4 percent, as did the ER, and inpatient services ranked in the top 6 percent in that analysis as well.
"These scores demonstrate how much care and attention to detail everyone at CCH exhibits. It makes us proud to serve this community at such a high level," says Jim Barb, Director of Quality Improvement.
Press Ganey measures patient satisfaction in outpatient services, outpatientsurgery, inpatient services, and emergency services.
