Lindsey Baker, daughter of Kathy and Al Baker of Chelsea, and Christopher Evans, son of Paula and Douglas Evans of Chelsea, were married September 1, 2007 with an outdoor ceremony at the home of groom's parents in Chelsea. Rev. James Gurley officiated.

The maid of honor was Taylor Erwin of Fenton, cousin of bride. Amy Beck of Livonia, sister of the groom was the bridesmaid.
Brian Evans of Chelsea, brother of groom was the best man. Jim Baker of Chelsea, brother of the bride was the groomsman.
The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas and currently resides in Bellevue, Neb.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Chelsea High School and a 2005 graduate of Alma College. She is employed with TD Ameritrade.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Chelsea High School and a 2006 graduate of Saginaw Valley State University. He is in the Navy currently stationed at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, Neb.
