Dexter High School senior Katie Fricke had a tough choice to make during the Dexter-Chelsea boys' basketball game last week.

The 17-year-old won the Senior Photographers International drawing, which made her eligible to win $20,000 or a 2008 Ford Mustang.
With a cheering crowd, Katie chose the $20,000 prize.
What made Katie an eligible contestant was getting her senior photos taken by Colleen Fitzgerald, owner of Dexter's Photo Generations: Family Art.
Fitzgerald said she heard about the contest through a friend and thought it would be a good idea to get involved.
And the idea proved golden when Fitzgerald found out Katie had won.
"I got goose bumps," Fitzgerald said. "It was so right that it worked out and we do portraits of kids from Pinckney, Manchester, Ann Arbor, Chelsea even Jackson and we were able to give back somehow to the community here in Dexter."
