Marsh (54-0), a senior, dominated his 119-pound weight class capturing a regional championship.
Marsh pinned Sean Tomac of Mattawan in the final in 2:21 for the title.
In the regional semifinals, he defeated Fowlerville's Anthony Lee by a 15-0 technical fall.
In his opening match, Marsh defeated Aaron Belanger of Stevensville-Lakeshore on a 17-1 technical fall.
"Bret is wrestling at a level that will put him in a good place to do well at the state championship in two weeks," said Dexter coach Shane Rodriguez. "He's very focused right now and determined to win a state championship."
Marsh, the defending state champion at 112, has narrowed his college choices to Michigan and North Carolina.
Chamberlain (40-9) opened the regional by pinning Portage Northern's Taylor Brown in 1:37 in the heavyweight division.
In the regional semifinals, he lost to Josh Hendrickson of Eaton Rapids 5-3.
"That was a real close match that could have gone either way," Rodriguez said.
Hendrickson would lose in the heavyweight final to Kenyon Ellison of Niles 6-2.
In the regional consolation semifinals, Chamberlain, a junior, pinned Drew Bordner of Sturgis in 1:21.
In the consolation final, Chamberlain pinned Blake Beals of Charlotte in 2:31.
"Beals pinned Corey in nine seconds at the district meet," Rodriguez said. "He (Chamberlain) wrestled much smarter. He went in with a good game plan. We knew Beals was a good thrower, so we wanted to get hand control and frustrate him. It worked. It was a good comeback win for Corey."
Chamberlain is a two-time state qualifier.
To reach the state final, a wrestler had to finish in the top four in their weight class at the regional meet.
Rodriguez said both Marsh and Chamberlain should do well at the state meet.
"There will be great competition at the finals," he said. "We're looking forward to it."
Tickets for the finals are $10 for single session reserved seats and $9 for single session general admission.
The Grand March and the final matches are March 8 at 4:30 p.m.
