Sweet tooth's will once again be called upon to raise funds for Dexter's Knights of Columbus Council 2959.
The sweets will be sold on sidewalks March 14, 15 and 16 to raise money for the special education programs in the Dexter Community School District.
The remaining funds will be donated to the St. Louis Boys School in Chelsea.
More musical fun
St. James' Episcopal Church in Dexter, sponsored by The Friends of Music, will host its final concert of this year's series: "An Afternoon of Chamber Music With Friends".
It will be held on Sunday, March 9 at 4 p.m. and will feature music of Ibert, Buffardin, Teleman, and Rutter.
Performers include, Debbie Ash, flute, Elaine Sargous, violin, Alice Graminger, cello, and Alice VanWambeke, piano and harpsichord.
There will be a free-will donation at the door. The church is located at 3279 Broad St.

Community Orchestra plays
The Dexter Community Orchestra is in its third season this year.
The group of musicians from Dexter and surrounding areas will be performing a free concert at March 2 at 3 p.m. at the Dexter High School Center for the Performing Arts, 2200 N. Parker Road, under Music Director Donald Parrish.
The orchestra will be performing Gershwin's "An American in Paris" and Brahms' Symphony No. 2.
The Dexter Community Band will present a Celebration Concert during its 26th season at 3 p.m. Sunday.
The concert is free to the public and will take place at the Dexter High School Center for the Performing Arts, 2200 N. Parker Road.
The concert is to celebrate February as the month of love. The concert's theme is the traditional wedding saying, "Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue."
The season of love will be represented by "My Fair Lady" by Lerner and Lowe, and "Highlights from 'Beauty and The Beast'" arranged by John Moss.
